We value transparency as much as we value your music. Here is how we handle your data.

HoloLabs operates with a data-minimal philosophy. We only store what is absolutely necessary to identify your rights, pay your royalties, and secure your account.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, upload music, or communicate with our support team. This includes your name, email address, payment information, and metadata associated with your musical catalog.
We also automatically collect usage data (IP address, device type) to ensure platform security and improve our services.
Your data is primarily used to distribute your music to DSPs (Digital Service Providers) like Spotify and Apple Music. We use your banking details solely to process royalty payments.
We do not sell your personal listening data or catalog metadata to third-party advertisers.
To fulfill our service, we must share your track metadata and artwork with global music stores and publishing rights organizations.
We also utilize trusted processors like Stripe for payments and AWS for secure cloud hosting. These partners are strictly bound by data protection agreements.
You retain full ownership of your intellectual property. You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your account (subject to DSP takedown timelines).
Contact hololabs@amm.lol to exercise these rights.
We employ enterprise-grade encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Access to sensitive financial data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
While we implement robust security measures, no digital transmission is 100% secure, and we encourage 2FA usage on your account.
If you have questions about how your data is processed, or wish to file a data request, please reach out to our team.
