By accessing HoloLabs (a division of AMM Ventures, LLC), creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by this Master Account Agreement and all conditions referenced herein.
Nature of Platform: HoloLabs operates a technical music distribution, accounting, and service platform. We are not a record label, publisher, or manager. We do not make creative decisions or assume artistic responsibility for your content.
If you do not agree to these terms, including the strict liability regarding AI impersonation and copyright, you must discontinue use immediately.
The Master Account Holder is fully and exclusively responsible for all activity conducted under their account hierarchy. This includes actions taken by:
You are the legal entity responsible for all metadata, copyright compliance, and AI policy compliance. A violation by a sub-account is legally considered a violation by the Master Account Holder.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Uploading copyright-infringing content or AI impersonations will result in immediate termination without refund or appeal.
3.1 Generative AI & Voice Clones
HoloLabs accepts original music created with the assistance of AI tools, provided the content is original and you hold all rights.
However, we strictly prohibit AI Impersonation. You may not upload content that uses AI to clone, mimic, or simulate the voice or likeness of another artist. Unofficial remixes using AI vocals of copyright-protected artists are banned.
3.2 Copyright Infringement
You may NOT upload unlicensed samples, beats, remixes, or covers without proper mechanical licensing. Ripped audio from YouTube, SoundCloud, or other DSPs is prohibited.
3.3 Streaming Fraud & Manipulation
Any form of manipulation is prohibited, including artificial streaming, click-farming, scripts, bots, or paying third parties to inflate metrics.
3.4 Restricted Formatting & Content Types
Master Account Holders act as the first line of defense. You must review and approve/reject every release from your sub-accounts before it reaches HoloLabs.
The 7-Day Rule: If a release is not moderated by the Master Account within 7 calendar days, HoloLabs reserves the right to intervene. We may reject the release or hold it indefinitely. Repeated failure to moderate sub-accounts may result in penalty fees or feature restrictions.
HoloLabs distribution requires an active subscription. The following plans are available:
Royalties are paid out based on the earnings reported by DSPs. HoloLabs will process payments on a regular schedule once your account meets the minimum payout threshold. Detailed earnings reports are available in your dashboard at any time.
Optional artist services (cover art, release strategy, promotion) are available for purchase separately and are not required to use the platform.
HoloLabs reserves the right to terminate accounts for DMCA violations, fraud, abuse, or prohibited AI impersonations.
Fraudulent Revenue: Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or artificial streaming, HoloLabs may freeze and permanently withhold all related revenues.
The services are provided "as is." HoloLabs makes no warranties regarding placement or commercial success.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoloLabs and AMM Ventures, LLC from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising out of your content, your sub-accounts' content, or your violation of these Terms.
